Welcome to my blog! I created this blog so that I could share with you my experiences as a mother and wife, and as a woman. "MomzDre" is a term that my nephew, Louis, came up with as he began to learn spanish. I found it to be a very clever word because it combines the words Mom and Madre. I have been married for over 20 years and I am the mother of two daughters. I have a pet dog, who is like a child :) I love the Lord! He encourages me through all things. Life & Lemonade!

Hello Everyone! Thank God for another beautiful day. I believe life is about choices. Today I chose to be happy in spite of some challenges that were thrust upon me. Today was the perverbial "when life serves you lemons, make lemonade". My daughter is standing over me saying "no mama, when life throws you lemons, throw them back". Well I like that one too. Anyway, by God's grace I made it through, just like HE promises. That is why I had a beautiful day. Buenos Noches!
